Our History

We are a leading civil construction concern founded by Mr.S.Soundarapandian in 1990, as a sole proprietor ship. Subsequently, sole proprietor ship was converted into Partnership firm. Mr.S.Rameshkumar and Mr.S.Sureshkumar are the partners of the firm, associated with Mr.R.Ramakrishnan. Initially we started the profession by undertaking the construction of Residential building. Later, we started the construction of commercial, Industrial, Warehouse and CFS projects. We were appointed as the certified builder for M/s.Kirby Pre-engineering building system ltd. Gradually we started erection of pre-engineering building for M/.Zamil Steel building, M/s.Interarch and M/s.Unique Roof P Ltd. Now we have our own in house fabrication team for pre-engineering building. We executed massive projects such as factory building for M/s.Rajkumar Impex P Ltd., Kalyana Mandapam for M/s.IOGS, CFS project for M/s.St.John freight system Ltd. and School building for M/s.PSTS Foundation. We extended our service beyond Thoothukudi. We executed multi crore projects for M/s.Mepco Schlenk Engineering College Sivakasi, M/s.MRF Ltd., Trichy. Because of our quality, time bounded and competitive pricing we have earned good reputation. As such, the most prominent and reputed persons of Thoothukudi have become our prestigious clients. We have moved to our own newly constructed office building in September’2017. This 4 storey building has won the “Young Designers 2018 award” for its 15 degree Architectural design.
